Mission Opportunities

Serving others has always been a strong focus here at CCFH. Below is a sample of many of the Mission Projects you can participate in. To learn more about each ministry we support click on the name of the ministry to visit their website.

Extended Hands Food Bank (Fountain Hills, Arizona)

The Extended Hands Food Bank assists those living in Fountain Hills with food and financial assistance.

Paz de Cristo (Mesa, Arizona)

Once a month we take a work crew to support Paz de Cristo. Paz de Cristo provides daily food service, emergency food boxes, and empowerment programs. Each month Paz brings together some 1000 volunteers from more than 60 faith communities, civic groups, businesses and schools in the East Valley.

American Indian Christian Ministries (Show Low, AZ)

Located in Show Low, Arizona, A.I.C.M. ministers to Native Americans on the Apache and Navajo Indian Reservations. We will have one-day service project trips a couple of times eachyear. The trips are usually on Saturdays.

One Mission (Rocky Point, Mexico)

Every November (adults) and every February (families with teens) we take a group for the weekend to Puerto Penasco (Rocky Point), Mexico to build a home for a family in need. Everyone who participates in this mission is blessed by the joy of putting God's Love in action!

Project New Hope International (Trujillo, Peru)

Our "Little Sister" congregation is located in one of the barrios on the edge of Trujillo. Annually, a work team travels to serve as needed.

Living Water International (Africa)

More people die of unclean water than anything else in the world. In December 2008, CCFH collected over $38,000 to build wells in Africa. We encouraged our members to spend less money on Christmas and spend more time with those they love. The offering came from the money they saved on Christmas gifts!
